My name is Kim and I have been working in the clinical research industry since 2012. I started my career as a CTA (Clinical Trial Assistant) and very quickly progressed in the industry. I have had roles that involve monitoring, site management, global project management and line management.

My Career goal was to become a Director in the industry and I achieved this by the age of 30. I vividly remember how I felt when I got my first director role - Exhausted. Since then, I have been on a mission to revolutionise the clinical research industry, building a CRO that actually adds value to clinical research studies and developing a healthy and happy team of clinical research experts.

My mission starts with ensuring the next clinical research experts in the industry have the necessary skills, education and support to be successful and ensure that they don’t burnout in the process.

I take a holistic approach to career development and my big picture vision has helped individuals from all backgrounds progress their career. I am excited to share my knowledge and experience in the industry with everyone who will listen!
